Kween Kash was very young when her talent for drawing was discovered. According to her older sister, Kween Kash was just a toddler when she was given a pencil and paper to entertain herself. Where Kash was expected to scribble, she had drawn a full head and face with all features. Soon she became fascinated with illustration and bringing her imaginary characters to life. Kash’s family encouraged her to complete an application for an Art School where she submitted her drawings. The administration was blown away that the applicant was only 10 years old and encourage the young artist to keep creating. She did!

In elementary school, Kash was recognized for a unique ability to bring her characters to life through visual art and was the go-to student for publication illustrations & chalkboard murals.

Recently, Kash has re-embraced this talent and had made a collection of canvas work that can be found in homes and businesses all over. She has completed commission work for clients and also partners her art with her own apparel company and brand, Akween.com making her art wearable. Kash is also an art instructor and enjoys creating and painting with groups of all ages.
